Common questions

Do the delivery times include making time?

No — these times refer only to postal delivery once your order has been dispatched. For in-stock pieces, Ana packs and ships within 1–2 business days. For commission or made-to-order pieces, production time is agreed separately before you place the order.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — Anagrama ships to over 30 countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, send us a message.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your piece every step of the way.

How is each piece packed?

Every piece is individually packaged in its own branded box, with its own handwritten animal story card and natural padding — ready to give as a gift, exactly as if you had ordered it on its own. No plastic.

If I order more than one piece, is shipping charged per piece?

Yes — because each piece is packaged individually in its own box and handled as a separate, complete gift, shipping is calculated per piece. This ensures every animal arrives in perfect condition, beautifully presented.

What if my order arrives damaged?

This has never happened — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at anagramaknots@gmail.com.

Are customs duties included?

Orders within the EU are duties-free. For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
